Who are you to assume that people with AIS "have to sit everyday and wonder who they are?"  You say other people should not judge you or jumpt to conclusions but here are you making presumptions about others!!!  I have a very dear friend with AIS, who is well adjusted, has a brilliant job and has adopted two children.  OK, so she may not have been able to have her own  natural children but then so many other women have infertility problems too, including those with CAH!

Whatever condition you have, understanding it and coming to terms is vital.  Neither AIS nor CAH are terminal, although the former is not life threatening, so easier to manage.  Both conditions can present problems though but coming to terms and not dwelling on them is important as normal lives can be lead if you are  receiving good medical care and have a positive attitude!
