I have  sv cah and my daughter is now 17. my husband was tested &  he wasn’t a carrier.

  I also never thought that I would ever become pregnant,irregular periods,hardly ever ovulated.  I tried clomid for many months,but nothing happened. IVF was very new @ that time and   not something that we were interested trying.  We were lucky enough to adopt in less than a year..... a newborn !!!!!

Less than 18 mos later.....SURPRISE...I was 9 weeks pregnant & I did’nt even know it!!!!! I did not take any extra meds,just 20 mg cortisone/day...went to regular OB,tried unsuccessfully to deliver vag,but ended up having c-sec...she was over 9lbs and 23ins long!!!!   When I was preg. I felt the BEST physically than I have in my WHOLE life...and that’s my story..
