I actually worded that a little wrong, people who take prednisone tend to not clot their blood as easily rather than people who do not take it.  My mother is a RN and told me that, plus I have experienced it.  Recently I went to the OB and had some biopsy’s taken out and she kept saying how much I was bleeding and I should have clotted but I wasnt.  Another thing prednisone does is causes easy bruising.  I know that I get bruises under my arms and legs.  Sorry for the incorrect wording..lol it was early morning and I was feeding my daughter :-X
