My daughter has been going to the Pediatric Endo Clinic at Cook Childrens Medical Center downtown Ft.Worth since her birth in Aug of 1991. She sees Ped. Endo. John Dallas right now. We have only seen him twice, but we like him just fine.
Dr. Dallas has an article in CAHOOT newsletter (CAH organization of Texas), though it was written in year 2000:
