grief, yes triple dose,  when my dad died when i was 10 years old my mom triple dose me.  also when something tramatic happens  for an example last year my lover or you could say my wife.  i tryed to wake her and she would no responed, i called 911, when i got off the phone see was turning blue, by the time 911 got here she was not breathing.  i went with her, not thinking about me.  after they stablelize her.  i stayed all day at the hosiptal with her.  i did not take any extra meds, and went to sleep.  the next morning i was in a crisis.

i would not suggest even getting a tattoo, since heathy people can get infection.

alcohol, just becarefull, alcohol can dehydrated swcah.
