Gosh That school is definently not doign what it should. I think a letter from an attorney should do the trick!!! There is NO REASON that a child should be assaulting another child and there be no punishment. Definently get a hold of a higher up and either get a lawyer or as the previou poster said go to the news channels near you. Good Luck ((hugs))
