I guess with the others that I would be worried about infection. This sounds goofy but do they have like special earrings for babies? with a certain way that they fashion on? 

I got my ears pierced when I was seven and my Mom didn’t even know. After she saw mine - she went and got hers done.

I wore them on and off thru the years.

 this post makes me want to go dig up my little turtle earrings.
