Hello Amy.

I have SWCAH and I’ve always just taken my 5mg tablet at night with my florinef and I have never had a problem with my levels.  To me it was just easier to take it all at once and when I told the pharmacist that I just take my medication all at once at night, he agreed with me.  As for my endo, he never disagreed and said I should break it up.  Good luck figuring out when you decide to take your prednsione.  A lot of people would probably disagree with the way that I take my medication, but I have never had a problem with my hormone levels and I have been suppressed pretty well since I’m older.
