Would love to hear from both adult CAHers and parents...........

What does everyone do in terms of a bad "cold", sinus infection or respiratory infection (an illness that may or may  ?  Do you take/ give extra meds or not. 

I have talked to the boys’ endo and ped about this- but curious to see what everyone with "real world experience" does-
