I’M SO glad you found some information that could help you. The first few months are definitely the hardest, but they do get easier...I promise. I saw your message on that other board, sometimes it moves pretty slow, but I hope Jennifer can give you some other good tips.
I dont know how I would’ve made it without co-sleeping...I think as long as you follow the safety rules, co-sleeping can be beneficial for both you and baby. Dont co-sleep after taking mood or sleep altering med’s, dont use lots of pillows, fluffy or heavy blankets, dont put baby next to dad if he’s not a light sleeper (we use a bed rail and put baby between the rail and mom), dont co-sleep after drinking alcohol.

i was also thinking, I wonder if the prednisone has any affect on your supply? I couldn’t really find anything online about it, I wonder was Jennifer will say.
