My name is Cassy and I am the mother of twin girls who are 4 and who both have salt wasting CAH. We live in northcentral MO where we are currently trying to stay warm!!!!

We are looking into adopting another child as I don’t think my body can go another pregnancy and would love to hear from anyone who has went the adoption route!!
