My grandson who is 10 yrs old SWCAH developed a rash just about what you described  in August, 2006 . He started out with a few patches of little bumps in 1 area then it spread like crazy all over. It was everywhere but in his mouth. No fever, itchy at first then stopped, not really sick.

We went to his pedo. which said she had never seen anything like this before and the pedo.  sent him to a dermatologist(spelling?). THey did a byopsy (spelling).  The dermatologist had a team of Dr.s come in & they determined that it was something called Rosa ??? which was a virus. They gave him no treatment for this but some cortisone cream for his face to clear it up for school .

To this day which has been 6 mths he is still spotted. The little bumps are all gone it is just white circles all over his stomach, chest and arms. The dermatologist said it would probably take a year for them to go away!
