My daughter’s female endo said to give it 2 years, if they don’t regulate after that then they need to do some testing. She is having my daughter document her periods for four months. When, how heavy, how light etc...  Strange this is, is that her insulin, LH and FSH are  normal. My daughter has been having irregular periods for almost 5 years. We keep telling them and no one seems to care or think it is important, now she has a new doc and at least she wanted some documentation of how irregular they are.But she needed some proof, so we’ll see what her treatment plan will be.
