It’s open at http://photos.congenitaladrenalhyperplasia.org/ and ready for anyone to register and upload any photos you want to share. The registration process will discourage anyone from abusing it. Only those registered can view the photos, and registration requires a valid email address. Search engines are blocked from spidering it (as well as blocked due to the registration requirements). It’s a nice safe place for people to share photos if they want to. I’ll be tweaking the look through the next few days, so don’t be surprised if it looks differently every time you visit it.

Each account has a 5 meg limit on photos. That can be expanded if it needs to be, but I wanted to avoid over loading the allotted space for the account on the server, although I did expand it before adding this feature. And since it’s my server I can allot myself as much room as I want within the limits of the server.

It’s possible that I may piggy back on the Photo Gallery’s registration feature to use it to one day set up a more private board here for registered members only. But that would be if there was a real need for one, which I don’t think there is yet.

I haven’t decided yet whether to make a link on the main page since that might compromise the privacy of the gallery. Let me know what you think.
