Go to the party, don’t wrap your CAH child in cotton wool.  It is also important for her immune system to grow stronger.  Our 7 year old CAH daughter picked up colds and bugs when she was a baby, but now she hardly gets sick at all.  Having said that, we are very careful to keep her away from children who are or have been vomitting.
