Hi Wendy!! Well it is a lot of information but , in my case, I have talked with them a lot and they are goign to be helping me with an insurance letter so they need all the info they can get from me so they know how to help me and what to write. I also call them a lot ( HI ERIN!!) and this is just handy for them. I would sugest calling them if you feel uncomfortable in giving all the info and they can explain better as to why all the questions.  :)
