My endo prescribes me 30mgs Hydrocortisone which I think is too high as everything is a bit oversuppressed (and I am not a huge person). So far I’ve weaned myself to 26mgs over the last 6 months and am waiting on blood test results this week.

If these latest tests are fine I’m going to try for 24mg before my next lot of tests in April. I very much doubt that I will get below 24mg but I’ll see.

I also take inhaled asthma steroids so I think they need to be factored into the equation, as some inhaled steroids leak/escape into the circulatory system as well. Unfortunately what gets absorbed in to the circulatory system from inhaled steroids is unpredictable and an unmeasurable amount and not at all controlled.

What symptoms are you actually experiencing on 20mgs?
