I have two SW CAH boys,  7 and 10, and they are both normal little boys regarding size.  I would say very normal/small.  I too think you should follow-up...

When we went to NIH they measured their testicles, with these little beads,  to see what stage of puberty they were in...so maybe it is the size of the testicles that is important?
