When my daughter (who has SWCAH) was 1, we had problems with the renin levels.  When the Florinef was increased, the blood pressure went up and she reatined too much salt/fluid.  So we put the Florinef back to original dose and increased the salt intake temporarily.  We never had the vomitting problem.  I just know that it was really hard to control all her levels and maintain good growth.  Now at age 10, she is at a good height and weight (72 lbs and 4’ 10").
