When I was taking prednisone before I had my daughter, I was taking 5 mg total and I took it at night.  Now, I am taking 7.5mg and I split it in half and take it morning and night.  I talked to Erin from the CARES foundation and she told me that by me taking it 2 times a day that it could possibly help me with being so tired all the time. 

 

Now I’m an insomniac lol
