It is also based on how fast or slow you metabilize it. And most with locah take 3mg of Pred, but usually 2mg in the very early am, and 1mg in the afternoon.

 You cannot go by others doses, because many people are actuallu being over supressed. I would not take 7.5mg of Pred unless I was a saltwaster.
