i have had depression as far back as i remember.  at 30 i was diagnosed with bi polar with server depression.  i am on meds for this and feel a whole buch better.

i had no reason to be depressed, but i was.  now i know it is a chemical problem in my brain.

i don’t know if it is a sideaffect of swcah.
