Many people using this board have had great success in using the circadian rhythm dosing in controlling weight gain.  How often is your daughter taking hydro? As already suggested, too much steroid caused an increase in appetite and even if on the correct dose, it may be that your daughter needs to take smaller doses more often throughout the day.  Please keep us posted and good luck with this, if you can’t get the answers you need from the endo, contact CARES and ask for a second opinion. M1 is right some doctors to not believe this but ours does!
