For those who have children who are on growth hormones, I had a few questions:

1) At what age did you start using the growth hormones?
2) What is the cost each month to use the growth hormones?
3) How has your child adjusted to taking the growth hormones each day?
4) How long does your child need to be taking the growth hormones?
5) Having CAH did it have any affect on taking the growth hormones?
6) Any side effects that your child had?
