Dexamethasone comes in a pill and liquid (elixir). The elixir is far more exact in dosage. The dexamethasone pill is so small, and breaking it is never getting an exact dose. And it is such a potent drug too. We have more success with the elixir, dosing in the AM.

Talk to your physician. Most people seem to be on cortef and othe stuff. I am just not familiar with that.
