DMDear r,
It breaks my heart to hear the way you feel about having CAH. I have a 3 year old son with CAH and I would never, ever want him to feel any less of a person because of CAH. I am sure that you have so much to offer someone. CAH is not what makes you who you are, it is only a small part. Look at everyone around you...everyone has one issue or another to deal with. And CAH is treatable! You could have something so much worse than this. Please, step back and look at the big picture here. Look at all of the strengths that you have and focus on those. Embrace your CAH, it’s a part of you, and don’t be ashamed. If someone doesn’t want to be with you because of CAH then you they are not worth your time. Hold your head up and be proud of who you are and when don’t push people away because of this, you may be surprised at how accepting someone will be that really loves you. And I have seen posts on this board from CAH men who you could probably get alot of good information from, so keep an eye out for them and Good Luck!!
