I’m confused here as to why an adrenal gland condition (CAH)  would make it difficult for a guy to have sex. From what parents write - boys with CAH are rather well endowed because of the androgens not blocked by cortisones. You wouldn’t have to tell anyone you took cortisone unless you really wanted to.

You don’t know about and adrenal crisis do you and I bet don’t where a medical alert braclet and wild that you just found out about CAH at 20 - what type of CAH do you have?

Men with CAH are married and have kids.
