That is pretty insensitive sarah, men and boys do have problems, they have examinations of their testicles which are no just looked at but felt, and scanned They can develop adrenal rests in their testes which can turn cancerous, they can also become infertile, they suffer the same side effects as women do with meds, they end up shorter than the average man (which is not easy when male and quite obvious) if not treated properly, they can develop breast tissue from too much estrogen, they can be impotent, the only thing they do not have is the virilisation and period problems, however they can have small testes with no sperm.  Often they cannot develop muscles, bone, joint problems and ahh yes their are the weight issues. Mood swings..... Is that enough? So although on the surface they do not seem to suffer of course they do, so yes I can for one can understand the problems this young man faces. Read the kids board, there are a lot of trouble young lads who post.
