Are you sure you have congenital adrenal hyperplasia...? I don’t understand how your parents could keep something like this from you until you were 20.. However much my parents could have try when i was younger, i always knew i had CAH and the doctors explained it to me fully. Also i don’t understand why men would be nervous and worried about their sex lives unless you’re worried about your sex drive etc, unlike women who have appearance problems. You need to think about your condition anyway and stop worrying about your downsides and start smiling about your positive qualities, we all have these problems, however bad they are but it shouldn’t mean you don’t have relationships because of your problems. You only live once, there’s someone out there for us all, CAH is just an obstacle that we need to overcome:)
