I’m 30 yrs old and have SWCAH.I take 1mg prednisolone 2mg evening.  Could anyone tell me if their Dr has mentioned the best times to take their medication?Like very early morning(5am). I know that testosterone is at it’s highest 8am-10am and lowest at 10pm.  Thanx :-)
