Hi Tracy,

What’s your sons name? That is good that you are concerned about his condition. With the right care, and keeping track of things he should be able to have a ’normal’ life. My childhood was just like any other kids. I don’t recall feeling bad, other then when I was ill and would have to stay home from school. I didn’t have headaches. I don’t think, but my mom says that I can be moody, and can get angry. I feel that I do a good job at keeping myself under control. Growing up, I was always about a year below my bone age. When I was first diagnosed the doctors told my parents that I would be lucky if I got 5 feet tall. I was always kinda chubby, but that was from the florinef. Once I was age 12 I thinned out and grew normally. I just measured myself the other day, and I am 5’9" tall. And weigh about 160 lbs. Hope this helps. Let me know.
