I was always under the impression that it was the other way around...hydrocortisone most closely resembles the cortisol we make so it skews the result and that dex was synthetic so did not alter the result. I was never sure how prednisone effected results. That’s just my understanding.

I wonder if someone from CARES might be able to give us the straight scoop since we seem to have so many different understandings...
