I first visited this site earlier this week and I have had alot of response from people asking me questions and just wanting to talk.  This is great.  That is what I wanted to happen.  I have gotten several emails, and there were several messages posted in the forum, many of them asking about my success with CAH.  After thinking about it and reading through more of the blogs I wanted to say one more thing...

Just like everyone in the world is different, every case of CAH is different, and what works for one person may not work for another.  So with that said, I am more than happy to talk with anyone, but please talk with your endocronologist before deciding to try anything. 

I have gotten to where I am today through what my mom called trial and error.  I had great doctors, and great parents.  When my levels were off, the doctor would suggest changing something, and if that didn’t work, we would try something different.  When we were headed in the right direction, we kept fine-tuning things until we got my labs to the levels that we wanted.  It took alot of work!
