re: re question for Julia

Julia, I did my best to dose my daughter circadian style, till she was 4 monthsold.  My endo did not know much about it.  It was easy to dose at pre dawn hours since I was up every 2 to 3 hours nursing anyways.  My question is, how do you handle waking yourself?  Do you set an alarm, or do you just wake up?  My daughter still is in a crib in our room.  We are remodeling her room.  I have to say it is easy to wake at 5 and dose her.  I’m kinda dreading going down the hall to give her the meds.  pathetic, I know.  I would like to try circadian dosing in the future.  Any tips on waking and giving meds with minimal sleep disturbance to yourself would be greatly appreciated.
