I have two SW CAH boys,  the 7 year old takes 10mgs per day +florinef (wt 54lbs), and the 10 year old take 12.5 mgs + florinfef (wt 7olbs).

I would start with 10mgs and then retest...I think that seems like a big jump-  we usually increase by 2.5mgs at a time.
