I was on hydrocortisone for a little over two months and my skin looked great! That would lead me to believe that you dosage is wrong somehow...
Also, about the brittle bones...the goal in treating CAH is to replace the steroids that your body would be making if it could, aka a physiologic dose. As long as you’re not over-medicated, brittle bones shouldn’t be a problem. That’s another reason to look into why you’re being given so much.
