re: oversuppression?

jen- I would tend to not change dosages based on height alone. Kids can have growth spurts, and as you said there’s tall in your family. But the big thing for me is that every nurse, doctor, person could take a kid’s height differently. And on top of that your child could be standing differently each visit. My daughter’s 4 and her pediatrician’s office has just started taking her height with her standing and for us it took her a while to get her feet straight, to straighten her legs, put her chin up, but not too far up... So our measurment could have easily been wrong. Height shouldn’t be subjective, but it really is. I would definiitely go on the labs because all other signs seem to point to oversuppression, and I would never want to increase meds unless needed. Good Luck!

p.s. whenever we increase meds, it’s only by 1mg. Sounds like you made a huge jump by increasing by 2.5 mgs.
