Letting go

As my daughter gets older (10, SWCAH), my husband and I have to make decisions about who knows about her condition, how far away can she be from us, and do we let her in other peoples’ cars, on the bus, etc.  For school trips, there is a nurse who rides along.  For playdates and sleepovers, she’s close by.  For her sports, we always go to the game (at least one of us), and we always drive.  Do we ever let her go a longer distance without us?  How do I know how to trust a parent, teacher or coach to handle an emergency?  When sh’e in jr high, her team will go by bus to games-how do we handle that? (She plays soccer, basketball and softball).  Anybody’s input would be appreciated.  Thanks.
