I am a 22 year old who has lived with CAH my whole life. My parents were cautious, but they let me do pretty much everything that I wanted to do. Before I say anymore, how has your daughters health been growing up? Does she wear her medic alert? I was very fortunate and had very good health. My close friends knew of my condition. I had many sleepovers growing up...as long as I prepared for them by having plenty of meds with me. I go camping in VERY secluded areas for a week at a time. Last year I went to NYC for 11 days. I would definately make sure her coaches know about her condition! I would also be sure that her closet friends know about her condition. Atleast the ones that she is with the most.
