I hate chasing this mystery. My daughter gets SO much pain and burning it hurts me to see her go through it. We soak her in the tub and it seems to help. We find with a TON of water, Motrin, and warm baths, and A LOT of prayers,  it seems to flush it’s self out. We have tried to connect it to red dyes. I am red dye sensitive myself. If I have red pop, I feel like I have a bladder infection. It is strange. So we cut out all red dyes. Even after eating a red fruit roll up it can occur with her. She had surgery at 6 months old. Everything has been growing nicely within. She has had three exploritory surgeries since she was three to see what is the problem. Sometimes we went months without a problem then bam, it hits her. We kept thinking it was bladder infections. The urine dip in the office would show some bacteria, but then they would send it to the lab and NOTHING. There were some mornings that she would be in so much pain, I SWORE it was an infection. We would make the appointment and by the afternoon she would be totally fine. Another thing I can tell is when she is going to have this problem. I can smell her urine in the morning. I know how gross, but I am so in tune with her I just know it. It is VERY strong and (her pee looks very cloudy in the toilet) We thought maybe because she had the surgery she was extra sensitive down there and when her pee is consentrated it burns more than the average girl. It usually happens when she is sick too sick as in stress dosing her and plowing her with Motrin. DYE free Motrin. So it is a mystery to us. We kept looking at just the surgery aspect of it and kept coming up with nothing. Thinking it had something to do with her anatomy down there but when I stopped and really prayed on it and thought about it the thought of what is her urine consisting of that makes it burn so bad. AND smell so so bad. So to me we had everything checked out anatomically and it was fine. That is when I said we need to look further into perhaps what her body is ridding itself of chemically. That is when the Florinef issue came up. We were asking ourselves whta Florinef does to the body and puts out in the urine.  I don’t know the answers but I know one exists.
