Sorry I wasn’t clear, we have a SWCAH daughter and for our next pregnancy decided to take Dex to prevent the genital abnormalities.

We have just had an ultrasound at 13 weeks and there is an obstruction over the face. The Sonographer has indicated it could be cleft lip/palate. We now need to wait until 16 week scan to confirm this. We were never told that the risk is increased.
