We live in Fairbanks Alaska and are endo and urioligist are in seattle.  Both dr’s traveled to Anchorage Alaska which is 6hours away so I took my daughter to see them.  When we seen them they took her blood pressure which was 180/160 which is very dangerous even for a adult.  They admitted her to the hospital and started to bring her blood pressure down but they are doing it slowly because looking at her heart she has been living with this for so long that it would be dangerous to bring it to normal to fast.  At the moment we do not know what is causing it but the latest test take a week before they come back.  Has anyone with cah had any problems with high blood pressure?  If they were wrong and she is not a salt waster that could bring her blood pressure up.  Any advice?
