If your daughter were not a saltwaster and yet she was being given florinef, this would increase her blood pressure.  Or even if she is a saltwaster and she is being given too much florinef, this would also increase her blood pressure.   Reducing her florinef would be one of the first things they should be doing to see if her blood pressure reduces.
