Our endo changed our daughter from Cortef to Dex elixir today and I am just trying to figure out how to calculate the dose and see how much he is giving her.

I figured with the BSA calculator and got that she needs .25 mg/m2/d on the low end, but now how do I calculate my dose of 5 mg/5 ml Dex elixir?  I’m having a real brain fart with basic math here and thought I better ask for help!!
