Thanks so much for your reply. I figured it the way you showed and got that she should be getting 2.5 ml/day. The bottle did say 0.5 mg/5 ml. Thanks for pointing that out!! Her BSA is .97 m2 if you want to recheck my figures for me. The doctor wrote for her to get 5 ml at bedtime. Do you think that this is excessive to start with? Also, I have been reading in the archives about timing to give Dex. Do you have an opinion on when is the best time?
