You have to demand they send your son to have some baseline labs, and or a boneage!!! 

 Have you had dna done? Is it ever possible for there to be a nonclassic gene in one of the parents mixes? There are a few parents around that ended up having nonclassic cah and they didn’t even know they had it. Meaning that they themselves had 2 genes all along.

 Trust your instinct, if you rely on the doctors to initiate you will be disappointed.
