Also, has he changed percentiles since he was two?  Typically in a CAH’er they will see a change in percentiles - i.e. going from 50th to 75th to 98th??  A "normal" child will stay on same progression - the same percentile more or less throughout their growth curve.  So, if he has changed this is a big red flag.
