I think that these days people are much more protective in everyway of life and not just with CAH. For example here in the UK theres is a voice that doesn’t want kids  to be competitive  just incase they lose and its hurts their feelings. I think all kids are wrapped in up cotton wool these days and are no longer allowed to play out just incase.
