Sorry- that I couldn’t find what I was looking for but wanted to write that and don’t quote me here that CAH was first to of been discovered in the 1800’s in Italy but it would of been in the 1950’s that cortisone was used for something else was also found to supress the adrenal gland.  I have fun with this part and will still search for that info.
