The endo always writes the script for more. I get a mth supply at a time. For instance he takes 7.5 in am, .5 in afternoon and .5 in evening. She writes the script so that it is like .10 mg 3 x a day for the whole mth to get extra if we have to stress dose.  This is just an example. She has done it this way since he was diagnosed.

Tell you endo you run low or running out & see if they can write it for a bigger amount.
